How do I access my Email from a remote location?

Type this Web address into your address bar: http://mail.YourDomainName.com - Replace YourDomainName.com with your actual domain name, NO www. If your domain name ends in .net or .org or any other extension, you would type that in the address bar instead of .com. (example) http://mail.YourDomainName.net

After typing the correct address in the browser's address bar, press Enter and you will then see the following screen.

Remote Email Services

Enter your full email address in the username box. Then enter your password in the Password box and press enter or click the Login icon to login. If everything matches up, you will be presented with the welcome page and a view of all folders in your mailbox. (Note:Alias names are not valid login names.)

The first time you log in to SmarterMail, you will be presented with several options. These options can be modified at any time through the My Settings page once you are logged in, but are required to be set in order to provide you with a better email experience.

Time Zone - Setting your time zone will make it so that all emails show the correct time. SmarterMail automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving time, if needed.
