What is a permission based email campaign?
A permission based email campaign adheres to the
CAN-SPAM act
of 2003 which derives its acronym from the bill's full name:
Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act of 2003
and requires that you be able to provide proof if asked, that each recipient of the email has given you their permission for you to send them email.
